Recover Your Voice™
Utilizing somatic techniques, daily recovery rituals, exercises, tools for self-inquiry, and group process, Recover Your Voice™ is a 4-week course designed to re-connect you with your internal tool for regulation, transformation, and liberation – the voice. SOUND MOVES MATTER! This is not a course on how to sing. It is designed to teach recovering individuals how to use the vibrational power of the voice to move stuck stories and energy from the body. No experience is required (in fact – no prior experience is preferred!).
July 5 – July 26, 2020 | X 4 90 minute live group coaching sessions + weekly touchpoints and self-study | recordings will be available for 1 month following program completion.

Elements of Magick
The Elements of Magick is a class taught in the Reclaiming Tradition, an ecofeminist, non hierarchical tradition of Witchcraft, founded by a collective of changers including Starhawk in the Bay Area in the 1980’s, and is based on the Andersen Feri Tradition. In this weekend course we explore the practice of Magick, Witchcraft, and Goddess spirituality by working with the Elements of Magick: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit.
